Terahertz (THz) waves characterize networks, due to integrate terrestrial wireless mobile communication, geostationary medium low orbit satellite communication short distance direct technologies, as well computing, navigation. This study discusses key challenges THz waves, including path losses which considered main challenge; transceiver architectures signal generators; environment with network architecture 3D communications; finally, Safety health issues.
